Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) from 'ACUITE B+' (read as ACUITE B plus) on the Rs. 10.00 crore bank facilities of Vistar Builders and Developers on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Vistar Builders and Developers (VBD) was established in 1976 and it is a Bangalore-based real estate firm, promoted by Mr. H.N. Girish Reddy, Mr. H.N. Roopesh Kumar, Mr. P. Nagabhushana and Mr. K. Raveendra. The firm is currently developing a residential project, Vistar Classic, on an area admeasuring 48000 sq. ft on Bannerghata Road, Bangalore.
