Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded its long-term rating to ‘ACUITE D’ (read as ACUITE D) from ‘ACUITE C’ (read as ACUITE C) and short term rating to 'ACUITE D' (read as ACUITE D) from ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A Four) on the Rs.10.75 Cr. bank facilities of Vishnu Priya Industries Private Limited (VPIPL).
Acuite has also reaffirmed its long-term rating of 'ACUITE C' (read as ACUITE C) on the Rs.1.25 Cr. bank facilities of Vishnu Priya Industries Private Limited (VPIPL) as it is a proposed facility.

The downgrade is based on delays in debt servicing as reflected in the Credit Information Bureau Report of the issuer in the rated bank facility.

Vishnu Priya Industries Private Limited was established in 2015 as a Private Limited Company. The present directors of the company are Mr. Varadegowda Varadaraju, Mr. Vijaya Varadaraju, Mr. Varadaraju Sujay. It is involved in manufacturing of corrugated boxes. The company is based in Karnataka.
