Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE D' (read as ACUITE D) from ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) on the Rs. 7.40 Crore bank facilities of Vaibhavraj Enterprises (VE). The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.
The downgrade is on the basis on the report about the ongoing delays in their repayments and publicly available information ­ ­

About the Company
­­VE was established in 2013 by Mr. Laxman Rathod, Mr. Shankarappa Rathod and Ms. Roopa P. The firm, located at Bengaluru, is engaged in the supply of submersible pump sets, accessories, installation, among others and caters to the state government. The firm is also an authorised dealer of Texmo Industries and Avon, pump manufacturers for supply of uPVC Pipes, HDPE Pipes, Submersible column pipes and rubber rings to name a few.
