Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded and withdrawn its long-term rating to ‘ACUITE BB’ (read as ACUITE Double B) from ‘ACUITE BBB-’ (read as ACUITE Triple B Minus) on the Rs.21.00 Cr. bank facilities of Ultech Power Limited (Erstwhile Ultech Energies). The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the issuer and the NOC (No Objection Certificate) received from the lender. Further, the rating downgrade is on account of information risk.

Acuité has also withdrawn its rating on the proposed long-term and short-term bank facilities of Rs.54.00 Cr. of Ultech Power Limited (Erstwhile Ultech Energies) without assigning any rating as it is a proposed facility. The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the issuer.

The rating has been withdrawn as per Acuite's policy of withdrawal of ratings as applicable to the respective instrument/facility.
The rating is now flagged as “Issuer Not Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Established in 2015, engaged in manufacturing of solar energy equipment and power electronic products. The firm is currently managed by Mr. Aditya Upendra Panchi, Mr. Abhijeet Venketesh Kaldate and Mr. Upendra Anandrao Panchi as partners. The registered office of the firm is in Pune, Maharashtra.

About the Group

The group engages in the manufacturing of solar submersible pumps, solar pump controllers, solar borewell pump sets, solar water pumping systems, and controllers for government as well as private players. The group consists of two entities, namely Ultech Power Limited (Erstwhile Ultech Energies) and Ultech Energies Private Limited (UEPL) together referred to as the ‘Ultech Group’ (UG).
