Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) on the Rs. 10.00 crore bank facilities of Sahasra Builders & Developers on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not Co-operating” and is based on best available information.

About the Company

Sahasra Builders & Developers was established in 2011, is a Bangalore based real estate firm. Promoted by Mr. S. Ramesh Reddy and Mr. S. Nagaraju Reddy, the firm is engaged in the development of projects in and around Bangalore.
