Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) from 'ACUITE B+' (read as ACUITE B plus) on the Rs.8.76 crore bank facilities of S R Overseas (Panipat) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

S R Overseas (Panipat), established in 2014, is a Panipat-based partnership firm engaged in manufacturing of blankets with an installed capacity of 2 lakh blankets per month. The firm is promoted by Mr. Balraj Singh, Mr. Vijender Singh, Mr. Sumit Dahiya and Mr. Rahul having equal profit sharing ratio.
