Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short-term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 16.00 crore bank facilities of S R Overseas on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Established in 2013, S R Overseas is a Karnal (Haryana) based partnership concern engaged in the milling and processing of basmati and non-basmati rice. The firm is being promoted by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mrs. Meena Singla and Mrs. Sunita Singla. The firm has an installed capacity of 7 metric tons of rice per hour.
