Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to 'ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) from ‘ACUITE B+’ (read as ACUITE B plus) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 18.00 crore bank facilities of RNR Constructions Private Limited (RNRCPL) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as "Issuer Not-Cooperating" and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

The Karnataka-based RNR Constructions Private Limited (RNRCPL) was incorporated in 1996 by Mr. S. Nagaraja and Mrs. R. Prema is a Class-1 contractor for civil construction projects. RNRCPL has executed projects for Central Government entities like the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and various State Government entities.
