Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) on the Rs. 8.75 Cr. bank facilities of Pruthwi Exports (PE) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Karnataka based, Pruthwi Exports (PE) was established in 2017 and commenced its operations in April 2018. The firm is engaged in the processing of Cashew Kernels from Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN). The firm is promoted by Mr. Shankar Hegde, Mrs. Poornima S Hegde, Mrs. Bhoomika Hegde and Mr. Pruthweesh Hegde. The RCNs are processed at the firm’s manufacturing facility at Udupi (Karnataka). The manufacturing unit has an installed capacity of 3MT per day
