Acuité has reaffirmed the long-term rating of ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) on the Rs. 9.50 crore bank facilities of PEB Techno. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Established in 2016, PEB Techno is a partnership entity engaged in manufacturing of pre-engineered buildings, roofing structures (pre-fab) and C & Z purlins. The entity's manufacturing unit is located in Hubbali (Karnataka) with an installed capacity of 1,800 tons per annum. The unit is set up at a project cost of about Rs. 6.40 crore funded out of term loan of Rs. 4.50 crore andrest out of promoters' funds. The commercial operations started in September 2017. The Partners are Mr. Vijay Kumar S Shetty and Mr. Bhavani Shankar, have around two decades of experience in civil construction business.
