Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B+’ (read as ACUITE B plus) from 'ACUITE BB-' (read as ACUITE double B minus) and the short term rating to 'ACUITE A4' (read as ACUITE A four) from ‘ACUITE A4+’ (read as ACUITE A four plus) on the Rs. 13.00 crore bank facilities of Nuetech Solar Systems Private Limited (NSSPL) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Bengaluru based Nuetech Solar Systems Private Limited (NSSPL), established in 1992 by Mr. Surendra Kumar as a proprietorship firm, was incorporated into a private limited company in 2002. The company is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of solar thermal products like water purifiers, solar PVs etc. The installed capacity stands at 1,500 units per month.
