Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 9.44 crore bank facilities of Nikita Jewellery Private Limited. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is downgraded on account of information risk.

About the Company

Nikita Jewellery Private Limited, incorporated in 2002, is a Mumbai-based company promoted by Mr. Ashok Kumar Daga, Mr. Abhinav Kumar Daga and Mrs. Sushila Kumari Daga. The company is engaged in the manufacture and export of jewellery (gold, silver, and diamonds) at Mumbai. The products include rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets.
