Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) from 'ACUITE B+' (read as ACUITE B plus) on the Rs.12.00 Crore bank facilities of New Haryana Overseas (NHO) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Incorporated in 1991, New Haryana Overseas (NHO) is a Haryana-based partnership firm promoted by Mr. Navdeep. The firm is engaged in the milling and trading of basmati and non-basmati rice and has an installed capacity of 8.00 MTPA.
