Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) on the Rs. 7.00 crore bank facilities of M S Tex on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

M S Tex was established as a partnership firm in 2008, Tamil Nadu based with two partners, namely, Mr. M Ganeshan and his wife, Mrs. G Chandrakala. The firm is primarily engaged in the trading of hosiery yarn and fabric for garments. The operations of the firm are managed by Mr. M Ganeshan and the firm deals in 100% Cotton, Polyester and Blended Yarns.
