Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 7.60 crore bank facilities of Meeka Machinery Private Limited (MMPL) on account of information risk. About the Company

Meeka Machinery Private Limited (MMPL), incorporated in 1992, is an Ahmedabad-based company engaged in the manufacture of material handling equipment’s including cranes and hoists. Ms. Meenaben Dineshbhai Garg and Mr. Bhavin Dineshkumar Garg are the directors of the company.
