Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the short-term rating to ‘ACUITE D’ (read as ACUITE D) from ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 300.00 crore bank facilities of Ligare Voyages Limited (LVL) on account of information risk.

The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

Rationale for Downgrade
The rating downgraded is based on the Issuer’s name appearing on “Watchout Investor” list.

The borrower and co-obligors failed to repay the amounts owed, leading to a possession notice being issued on February 24, 2026, for the property described under the SARFAESI Act and Enforcement Rules.

About the Company

Delhi based - Ligare Voyages Limited incorporated in 2006 as Ran Air changed its name to Ligare Voyages Limited in 2012. LVL is the holding company for LIgare Group which is engaged in aviation industry. LVL is a 100 per cent subsidiary of RHC Holdings Private Limited. Ligare Voyages Limited is promoted by Mr. Malvinder Mohan Singh and Mr. Shivinder Mohan Singh.
