Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 9.00 crore bank facilities of G Koteswara Rao on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Established in 1995, Bangalore based G Koteswara Rao is a proprietorship concern engaged in the construction of road under bridges for Railways, canal crossings, among others. The proprietor, Mr. G Koteswara Rao, has more than two decades of experience in the same line of business. The entity uses box pushing technology for constructing the road under bridges.
