­Acuité has Downgraded & Withdrawn the long term rating to ‘ACUITE B+’ (read as ACUITE B plus) from ‘ACUITE BB-’ (read as ACUITE double B minus)  and short term rating to ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) from ‘ACUITE A4+’ (read as ACUITE A four plus)  on the Rs.9.00 crore bank facilities of Data Tech Computers Private Limited.
The rating withdrawal is in accordance with the Acuité’s policy on withdrawal of rating. This rating is now an indicative rating and is based on best available information. The rating is being withdrawn on account of request received from the company and NOC received from the banker

About the Company
­Data Tech Computers Private Limited was incorporated in 1996 by Mr. Rakesh Patel, the company is engaged in the trading of computer hardware products (i.e. laptops, desktops and other computer peripherals) and provides information technology enabled services (ITES) (i.e. network infrastructure design & maintenance, data security auditing, website design & development). DTCP has its head quartered at Ahmedabad in Gujarat with branch office in Australia.
