Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to 'ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 15.35 crore bank facilities of Crystal Thermotech Limited (CTL) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as "Issuer Not-Cooperating" and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Incorporated in October 2013, Jharkhand based Crystal Thermotech Limited (CTL) manufactures disposable thermocol products. The company is also into sponge iron manufacturing since 12 years, apart from poultry and cattle feed. The manufacturing facilities are located in Chandil (Jharkhand). The company is promoted by Mr. Vijay Kumar Mittal.
