Rating Rationale

­­Acuité has reaffirmed and withdrawn the long-term rating of ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) on the Rs. 6.38 crore bank facilities of Bico Twitex Private Limited (BTPL). The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the company and the NOC (No Objection Certificate) received from the banker. Further, Acuité has also withdrawn its rating on the proposed long-term bank facilities of Rs.0.02 Cr. of Bico Twitex Private Limited (BTPL) without assigning any rating as it is a proposed facility. The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the company. The rating withdrawal is in accordance with Acuité's policy on withdrawal of rating as applicable to the respective facility / instrument.  The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

­­Established in 1988, Bico Twitex Private Limited (BTPL) is engaged in manufacturing of polyester yarn and sewing thread. The day to day operations are managed by its Managing Director, Mr. Nishith Gulati along with other directors who have experience of over two decades in the textile industry. The company has a manufacturing unit in Surat.
