Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B+’ (read as ACUITE B plus) from ‘ACUITE BB-’ (read as ACUITE double B minus) on the Rs.10.00 crore bank facilities of Bhagwan Precision on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as "Issuer Not-Cooperating" and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Bhagwan Precision (BP) is a partnership firm established in 2010. The firm is based at Kaliyar village in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The firm is engaged in the manufacturing of auto parts and components for Hero Motocorp. Directors of Bhagwan Precision are Mr Brij Bhushan and Mr Vijay Pal.
