Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B-’ (read as ACUITE B minus) from 'ACUITE B' (read as ACUITE B) and reaffirmed the short term rating of ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) on the Rs. 60.00 crore bank facilities of A G Construction (AGC) on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

Incorporated in 2004 A G Construction (AGC) was set up as a partnership firm by Mr. Aslam Khan, Mr. Arif Khan, and Mr. Mohsin Khan. It is engaged in the construction of barrages, canals, and dams. The firm is based in Aurangabad and undertakes operations across Maharashtra.
