Acuité has downgraded its long-term rating to 'ACUITE D' (read as ACUITE D) from ‘ACUITE C’ (read as ACUITE C) on the Rs.4.86 Cr. bank facilities of Arth Micro Finance Private Limited

Acuité has also reaffirmed its long-term rating of 'ACUITE C' (read as ACUITE C) and ‘ACUITE D’ (read as ACUITE D) on the Rs.100.50 Cr. bank facilities of Arth Micro Finance Private Limited.

The rating downgrade is on account of entity being listed in the CIBIL's Suit Filed Accounts as of Feb-2026.

About the Company

Incorporated in 1996, Arth Micro Finance Private Limited a Rajasthan based microfinance institution engaged in providing micro finance loans to below poverty line women groups located in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana. The Directors of the company currently includes Mr. Pramod Kumar Paliwal & Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Arora.
