The company maintains funding relationships with 21 lenders, including public and private sector banks, NBFCs, PSUs, and DFIs, supporting its liquidity and growth prospects

Weaknesses
Weak Earnings Profile

Ananya’s profitability remains subdued, with the company reporting a net loss of Rs.47.11crore in FY26, compared to a loss of Rs.52.61 crore in FY25. Key return metrics such as RoAA and RoTA declined to -8.70% and -10.06% respectively in FY26, reflecting deterioration in operational efficiency. Despite an moderate Net Interest Margin at 11.17% in FY26, elevated credit costs and provisioning expenses continue to weigh on the bottom line.

Deterioration in Asset Quality

Asset quality weakened during FY26, with provisioning and write-offs standing to Rs.26 crore. GNPA increased at 1.56% in FY26 from 0.58% in FY25, the improvement is largely attributed to aggressive provisioning rather than recovery in collections. Credit costs also surged to 13.76% in FY25, indicating heightened stress in the underlying portfolio.

Portfolio Stress and Covenant Breaches

Ananya’s credit profile remains constrained by significant deterioration in asset quality and operational metrics. Key financial covenants were breached as of September 2025, with PAR >30 days and >90 days exceeding sanctioned thresholds and write-off ratios rising sharply to double-digit levels. The company reported negative profitability during the review period due to elevated credit costs and provisioning, while seeking multiple covenant relaxations and waivers until March 2026. These factors underscore persistent stress in portfolio quality and operational resilience.

Key Risks

Counter Party Risks
The underlying pool in the current Pass Through Certificate (PTC) transaction comprises of agriculture and allied loans extended towards 4915 JLG borrowers. The pool has average ticket size of Rs. 0.50 lakhs, minimum ticket size of Rs. 0.30 lakhs and maximum of Rs. 1.20 lakhs. Considering the vulnerable credit profile of the borrowers, the risk of delinquencies/defaults are elevated. These risks of delinquencies are partly mitigated, considering the efficacy of the originator’s origination and monitoring procedures.
Concentration Risks
The pool is geographical concentration as 29.81% of these borrowers are concentrated in Uttar Pradesh and 22.41% of these borrowers are concentrated in Rajasthan. The top 10 borrowers constitute 0.50% i.e. Rs. 0.09 Cr. of the of the pool which indicates low concentration risk.
Servicing Risks
There is limited track record of servicing PTCs, since, this is the first securitisation transactions for the originator rated by Acuite.
Regulatory Risks
In the event of a regulatory stipulation impacting the bankruptcy remoteness of the structure, the payouts to the PTC holders may be impacted.
Prepayment Risks
The pool is subject to prepayment risks since rate of interest is significantly high and borrowers may be inclined to shift to low cost options (based on availability). Further, the asset classes being Agri & Allied, the risk of prepayment remains high. In case of significant prepayments, the PTC holders will be exposed to interest rate risks, since the cash flows from prepayment will have to be deployed at lower interest rates
Commingling Risk
The transaction is subject to commingling risk since there is a time gap between last collection date and transfer to payout account
Credit Enhancements (CE)
The rating is based on the strength of cash flows from the selected pool of contracts; the credit enhancement is available in the form of
(i) OC of Rs 1.84 Cr.;
