Acuité has reaffirmed the long-term rating of ‘ACUITE D’ (read as ACUITE D) and the short term rating of ‘ACUITE D’ (read as ACUITE D) on the Rs. 9.00 crore bank facilities of A S Industries. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

A S Industries a Uttarakhand based partnership firm was established in the year 2010 by Mr. P D Sharma, Mr. Sunil Sharma and Mrs. Sunhari Sharma. The firm is engaged in manufacturing of aluminium and zinc casting auto components such as locking systems, door handles, moulds and dyes, handle bar and assemblies, Clutch and brakes and aluminium dye casting and zinc dye casting. The manufacturing facility is located at Haridwar.
