Rating Rationale

­Acuite has downgraded and withdrawn the long-term rating at ‘ACUITE BB-’ (read as ACUITE double B minus) from ‘ACUITE BB’ (read as ACUITE Double B) on Rs. 22.33 Cr. long-term bank facilities of Locksmiths Industries Private Limited (LIPL). Further, Acuite has downgraded and withdrawn the short-term rating at ‘ACUITE A4’ (read as ACUITE A four) from ‘ACUITE A4+’ (read as ACUITE A four plus) on Rs. 6.25 Cr. short-term bank facilities of of Locksmiths Industries Private Limited (LIPL). The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the issuer along with No objection certificate (NOC) received from the banker. The rating has been downgraded on account of information risk. Also, Acuite has withdrawn the long-term bank loan facilities of Rs. 0.08 Cr. of Locksmiths Industries Private Limited (LIPL) without assigning any rating as the instrument is fully repaid.  The rating has been withdrawn on account of the request received from the issuer along with No Due certificate (NDC) received from the banker. The withdrawal is in accordance with Acuite's policy on withdrawal of rating as applicable to the respective facility / instrument. The rating is now flagged as “Issuer Not Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

Incorporated in 1997, Locksmiths Industries Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing of locking systems for luggage industries and modular furniture hardware. The manufacturing facility is located at MIDC Satpur, Nashik. The directors include Mr. Nimesh Kishore Sheth and Mrs. Deepa Nimesh Sheth. The registered office is in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
