Rating Rationale

Acuité has downgraded the long-term rating to ‘ACUITE B’ (read as ACUITE B) from 'ACUITE B+' (read as ACUITE B plus) on the Rs. 89.50 Crore bank facilities of B K Developers on account of information risk. The rating continues to be flagged as “Issuer Not-Cooperating” and is based on the best available information.

About the Company

New Delhi based B K Developers was incorporated in 2006 under association of Persons by Mr. Anand Jain, Mr. Deepak Jain, Ms. Malti Jain, Ms. Sarita Jain and M/s Plasto Metal Industries. The company is engaged in the business of development of IT parks in Gurgaon. The company has constructed and completed (June 2009) IT+ITES Park in Gurgaon under the name Infotech centre. The company has rented out the properties to well establish IT company Aricent and other companies like Indigo Airlines etc.
